Nutrition

The most common thing that people ask me is "what do you eat?" I never know quite what to say. I think the reason I'm tongue tied is I'm not sure what's normal in my diet and what's different and would be interesting to share. The only thing I am certain of is that the amount of nuts I consume is abnormal : ). My dinners are always different though because it all depends what's on sale and what recipes I come across. Therefore, I decided to keep track of what I'm eating on a new blog. Mainly for my sake. It will help me keep track of recipes and also could give me insights on my nutrition.
